There are many options around the place, but the best and most convenient option I have found now is the Old Town Barber, a mere 300 metres from Thapae Gate.
The barber, a Karen gal from Mae Ho, on R108, near Mae Sarieng, is excellent. Meticulous!
300 baht for a good cut—way more than I pay for a number 2 cut in Chiang Khong, but a real cut.
