I seem to remember Bajas being available. From the SaenPhu Hotel, head toward town and turn right, I think there's a DVD/CD shop on the corner. There is a rental place around there.
Chiang Rai is great, by the way. Don't fall for the LP's downbeat review, the night market is better that Chiang Mai's, there's great food & coffee and it's small enough to walk everywhere.
