I am interested in sending an old HD ironhead (1000 cc) to a friend of mine in HCMC. I was wondering about what kind of problems he might run into once the bike got there. Ie import tax, motor size and finding someone to work on it that knows what they are doing. Also, is there a diffenent tax on the bike if the motor size was either smaller or larger than 1000cc. Any info would be helpful. Thanks .
