need some help for VT rental

Hi guys , I emailed few companies in VT Laos to reserve a bike for my trip in January 2006 , I already bought my plane ticket and so far no answer from anyone , I wonder if there is a way to get a reservation in advance I know that we are still in otober but time is flying and I would like to be ready and set with this as soon as possible.
any help will be appreciated.

Thanks David, I did already emailed ( 4 times)to the people in Vientane and so far no news, I did email Stan yesterday and hopefully I will get an answer from him anytime soon, I don't mind to pay for someone to do the reservation for me in VT.( that will even be better because the persone making the reservation could check on the bike condition.
