VietNamNet Bridge – Developers of a 31km road linking Laos’ Mok District in Sieng Khouang Province and Vietnam’s Ky Son District in Nghe An Province say the new road will be put into use next year.
Funded by the Lao and Vietnamese governments, the majority of construction of the 6m-wide road is now complete.
When it opens next year, the 22-billion-VND (1.4 million USD) route is expected to help Laos’ Sieng Khouang Province and Vietnam’s Nghe An Province boost cooperation in investment and trade exchange.
