Bloody Good Deal for someone i think! I am in Thailand and would have Jumped at it if i didn't have my Other bikes coming! You would be faced with the same Homologation thing as i am going through now but the Import would be No Problem.

Hi Friends,

Once again Import is NEVER a problem as far as you ask prior for the Import License, you have a good invoice and you pay the Import Duties, then as Ian describes it's the begining of the "drama".

Of course I am VERY interested by these bikes, I am looking for an Off-Road one at present, something like that maybe a bit bigger such as a 400 or 450 cc but, the bike must be available in Thailand with relevant Green Book and all papers in good order.

I don't feel to have the courage to do the same procedure I did for my Ducati again, even if it was an interesting issue to proceed.

General question
Whats the most cost effective way to get one of these ex Indonesia bikes into Cambodia including import tax.
Using the TTR250 as an example, do you know roughly what the shipping cost to Cambodia would be and the import tax or tax rate/% is for such a bike.
