Off-road from Kanchanaburi/Sanklaburi to Umphang, possible?

Has anybody been able to find an off-road route along the Burmese boarder?

Just bought a KLX250, will get some experience on that bike and then try your route by the end of the year when it is dry again.

Bring a good guide and get a permit before you go otherwise they wont let you enter.
