one week Dream loop around Chiang Mai ?

Hi !
My friends and me will be in Chiang Mai area for a week or so ... and I try to convince them to hire Dreams (as they never drove anything before ...) and leave for a short week loop.
What would you recommend in this area and for that duration ?
