Pedsestrian friend needs Guest House recommendation in CM

A visiting friend will be visiting CM and would like a nice Guest House to stay in for afew days.

"Nice" is pretty subjective but I've had a few mates stay at different times at Jonaddas and absolutely no complaints. Cheap, queit, clean, comfortable & central. Plus he's a fellow GT-Rider and an allround good bloke. 'Nuff said....
