Planning To Ride From Sg, Thai, Laos And Vietnam

Hi Guys.

I intend to plan a trip from SG to Vietnam SAPA by crossing Thai, Laos and Vietnam border with my SG register bike GSA. i have read a few articles / Vlog saying that foreign bike cannot enter Vietnam border. Can anyone assist me on the latest border crossing in Laos and Vietnam? which border can i use to cross and what do i need to expect and prepare documents?
