Rider sues BMW bikes

An unhappy rider with a Corbin saddle equipped BMW takes legal action.

So, is this just another ridiculous a sue happy litigant or will this be a new
marketing campaign for BMW and their bikes soon have warning decals
appearing on BMW bikes with Corbin saddles :smile1:

I can understand anyone having a knee-jerk reaction and immediately discounting such a bizarre claim,
but the original source citing the filing of the legal suit is a service which lists new cases which have been filed with the court system.
