Is the bag pretty universal or is it designed for the Buell?

The tank bag is a universal mount. The Buell does not have a gas tank, just a plastic shell that looks like a tank - gas is in the frame. So, a magnetic one would not work.

The bag has all the straps and pad to fit any bike. It also has a sleeve built in that would slide on a sissy bar.
