The Phadaeng Mansion Ubon Ratchathani

This has to be one of my favourite hotels in Thailand.

It looks pretty flash.and at 500 baht a night it's a bargain.

The grand entrance, and this is where they asked me to park my bike.

There is no going up the lift without the permission of the Space Men.

Theres 4 floors and each floor has its own theme, I was on the impressionists floor. and I was lucky enough to be in the Claude Monet room.

My bed was surrounded by Monets works. but my trained eye told me that these paintings were not originals.

Not one, but three shower heads

Great quirky, family run hotel.

Agreed on this top value for money spot. Ive stayed there several times now.
2013 was the first time.

Quiet, clean secure. Everything works properly.
The price I paid 500 baht a night.
Highly recommended.
