Great new hotel right in the middle of Uttaradit, and at only 450 baht per night, it must be one of the best value for money hotels in Northern Thailand…if not the world.

Tonsom Residence is set back from the main road so its very quite, and there's also good undercover parking.

How sweet. Hilton quality towels.

Big bathroom with water pressure you could put out a wild fire with.

Balcony with flywire door for fresh air without mosquitoes.

There is also a really good little restaurant at the front, with a good selection of food, and good coffee.

The Room

A large apartment block - hotel
Value for money 350--600 baht a night.

The 600 baht suite room - large spacious.

An interesting bathroom set up.

We only took the suite room because we arrived at 10.30PM at night from Luang Prabang, with the injured old fellah & beaten up Vstrom., and all the cheaper rooms were supposedly gone.

Nice place, room is a good size, no kettle, but I carry a travel kettle.

I would use this place again.
The front entrance is to the restaurant which is open to the public as well a guests, busy all the time I was here.
Go to the right as you are looking at the front and you will get to the hotel entrance.
Bike is outside the foyer door undercover.
7eleven 400 meters away. Pizza and KFC 200 meters away. Lots of local food places right outside on the road
