Vientiane, Lao... Serviced Apartments?

It looks like I will be headed to Vientiane at the end of August until December for work.

Can any one recommend serviced apartments in the city?

Or a good hotel (cheap) for long stay? Air, TV, Wireless if available. (The Blue Bananaa has free wireless and good western food).
