Wanted: Aftermarket carburator for 400 Steed

Just took the old Keihin off my wife's Steed and am looking for a good aftermarket carb for it. Something simple to work on, like a single carb S&S or something like that.
Anyone have any ideas for Honda Steed Carburators?
Also, if I can't line up an aftermarket one, can someone tell me where I can buy a carb kit for a Keihin in Chiang Mai?
