I stayed at the upper-end SEDONA HOTEL.
They have some nice Restaurants and a Pub/Bar/Disco too called Paddy O'Malley's, went there too early but after 22:30 it started to fill up. Fillippino Band was good & nice singers, for those of us who are lone
