Hello all. I am new to the forum and live in Sydney, Australia.
Will arrive in Chiang Mai around 14th June and hope to rent a trusty steed for a 3 day ride up to Tha Ton via Doi Angkhang, then back across to Pai and maybe around the loop road via Mae Hong Son. From what I've read and seen here on this website, there are some real glory zones to be seen in those parts.
I'll be travelling solo in Thailand (haven't been back since '87), so just happy to chat to anyone about biking over a couple of beers when I arrive in town.
