4 day ride out of Chiang Mai suggestions

Morning all I have nearly a week spare while in Chiang Mai over Christmas and am thinking of hiring a bike and doing a 4 day ride out of Chiang Mai. Have ridden this area twice before(Mai Hon song loop and the Golden Triangle) but I am sure there is
