A'Twin rd07 front and rear brake cables needed 2 new front brake discs

can my nearly 20 yr old brake cables be manufactured locally? or do I have to order for
55 euros rear and
65 euros front from Germany?
same applies for the front brake discs, two will be around 200 €.
