Pardon a newbie's quest...where do GT riders chill out over icy cold beer in Chiangmai?

AAsia is having cheap flight to CM from KL and I am booked for end May...There is nothing to beat listening 1st hand, to GT riders' adventures & tips (paid for in beers, hahahahah), in my prep to foray into laos & maybe cambodia too :)
