Hello Roy,
I have just sold an F650GS through BKK Motorcycle (BMW Dealer in Bangkok), actually the 2nd bike I sold with them.
They charged me only 3% sales commission which I think is very reasonable and mechanics made a good gob of cleaning and maintaining the bike before sale.
