I have a Honda NV400 Custom, circa 1983 and over the years the baffles inside the silencer have been modified, so that now it is noisy and pops a lot on decel, presumably through lack of back pressure. The mixture is set as rich as possible, so I would like to get the baffles back to standard so I have a start point.
The bike was made only for the home market, so is rare and information scarce. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has one and perhaps get some data on the baffle design, or if someone could help me with how to design such a box.
