I have a Honda shadow 600 with an ownership card in my name, but all other information on the card it is in Khmer. Now recently wanting to enter Thailand (Baan Had Lek) I had all the trouble with Thai customs letting me into Thailand because of card in Khmer script. Anyway, someone eventually arrived who could read / write Cambodian and Thai and translated my card. So I was let into Thailand but only for 1 day (shopping in Trat).
Now I would like to know whether others from cambodia have had the same problem?
Also would like to know if I got my Card translated from Cambodian to English and Thai whether they (Thai customs) would except that. The translation would be done by a reputable firm in Phnom Penh. (http://www.pyramidtranslate.com/main.php?l=en&value=Home&pageid=1
