my front disc needs replacing now, but I cannot find a replacement
Whilst the bike is a 2000 klx250, the wheels are probably off a suzuki rm250.
Is it possible for me to buy a suitable disc for something else and get it cut and drilled to fit?
Where could I get this work done?

I have just had the wheel rebuilt and dont wish to buy another wheel/hub
ID is 130mm OD is 250mm 145mm between hole centres
There are 8 m6 bolts

They're usually made from a cast iron material
Don't just get one made from mild steel or the like.

Would you like me to see if I can find one here & bring it over?
New or second hand.

You need to know exactly what wheel it is.

You could get a disc from another bike and cut/drill/weld/machine it to size/mate it with the old one etc.,
but it would take some good engineering to get it right.

Get on ebay and buy one from the states and post it over is imo the easiest way.

Hi Alriki, If you don't have any luck I can most probably help you with a new disc. As long as we can identify the bike/wheel correctly, EBC will have either a solid replacement disc, or oversize floating disc upgrade available. PM me for more details if you need it.

Best Regards,
