Disc Lock XENA recommendations ?

I have had a couple of other brands with the alarms in them, and they have been troublesome and now I just take the batteries out straight away now to avoid the false alarms.
A more important item I believe is a pouch it can live in, attached to the outside of the bike somewhere so that it is easily accessible. If it lives under the seat, or in a saddlebag etc, then you won't use it. Also, buy a Baht's worth of string about 2 meters long and tie one end to the lock. Put a big loop in the other end and drop it over the throttle every time you use the lock. Wayyyyy cheaper than the drop when you try to ride off with the lock still on the disc.
