Fair price for a Varadero

Hi, I spotted a Honda Varadero XL1000 V in Bangkok. It's a year 2000 bike, is registered, in mint condition and has 32k on the clock. According to the seller, this bike was the top of the line, the wind shield is adjustable and has a suit case. Asking price is 310,000.- Is this a fair price for this bike?

Red Baron have one for around the same price with roego included. Buy from there and you get a legit bike, can trade it in easily, warranty etc. Terra Motorcycle have one too, not sure of the price though.

Wouldn't mind one myself, but don't really want to part with my 2000 TDM 850, unless someone will give me 200K for it??
