Fuel From Water

rumours and crazy theories like that have been around for years, I am certain some serious work has been done on splitting Hydrogen and Oxygen from water to make energy fuels but probably the amount of input electricity required would be enourmous and uneconomical......but maybe some biotech or other breakthrough will make this dream come true.
