A book by Carol Livingston. It isn't a new one was first published in 2000 but reveals much of Cambodia during the UNTAC (United Nations Transitory Authority in Cambodia) period. The book starts off with a quote by an anonymous Rwandan relief worker. It went something like this:
after one week i thought i'd write a book. After 6 months I thought I'd write a story . after ayear I don't know what to write.
It feels like that when all of what you see and experience overwhelms.
