Good Mechanic in Vientaine (Loas)

I need a good mechanic with tools to remove a broken bolt in Vientaine.

ie. dethreading drill bit with left hand thread and drill. Possibly a threading machine as well.

The bolt was holding part of my rear luggage rack on my GS and it snapped and I can't remove it without the right tools which are very hard to come by anywhere but especially Laos...

Bit late here but Joe Rumble at AVR car rentals would know that sort of stuff. Especially if any special equipment is required. For general jobs like that there are one or two farang mechanics living in Vientiane.
