Honeymoon ride...2d1n...from Penang to Khao Sok National Park n back covering est 1200km...the national park is simply awesome n breathtaking.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

try heading phuket after Guilin ...est 100++km only.... heard nowadays Msian riders also keen to go there with the latest Triumph Owners heading there later tis month....AMAZING THAILAND...

Tehsk30, beautiful fotos as always, didn't know about this place either, very beautiful landscape down south, will try to visit next time I head down there. My favourite in the South is Pak Meng beach in Trang and the whole coastline up to Ranong. Enjoy your coming trips to Thailand's beautiful South ! Cheers, Franz

Now there are 14 floading raft house on the Chieo Lan Lake, 10 private and 4 ranger raft house.
When you book a boat on the pier it is expensive! The better way is you drive 60km to the Nationalpark Headquarter in Klong Sok = Khao Sok and book a 1 or 2 day lake tour in one of the resorts. That tours include transfers, boat, room, guide and food. The 2-nights trip with the nam talu cave is 2500 baht.

A newer one is Kee Ree Warin, a bit expensive but nice place

About 20 resorts in Klong Sok = Khao Sok from 300-3000

just came back from another ride with my wife for 2d1n n now we have covered the other end of the Cheow Larn Lake (Khao Sok National Park)
Everything just beautiful...the resort...the winding roads...the mist...
Covering 1290km and spend less than RM900.00 for both bikes...hotel...food...massage...etc etc...
