Light weight battery: where to buy and does it work?

I'm looking for a lightweight battery to my KLX and came across the following models for instance:

Has anyobe been using these? Any comments if they work just like the normal battery, so the bike system charges them, no conflict with the bike systems & etc?

Any does anyone know from where I could get one in Thailand, Malaysia or Singapore?
