Moving to KL this summer (2021)

Hello, fellow motorcyclist this part time Motorcycle Guide and tour leader is arriving in KL this summer, my biggest question has to do about my current ride, my wife preferred i am sure it was something other than that. so here it goes; should I bring my trusted steed to MY? it is a 2012 BMW R1200GSA, I love this ride for so many reasons. I would appreciate all input and guidance on the issue to import or not?

I also look forward to explore local and south east Asia in general with other member of this forum. no matter what Nation we are posted to, one thing is for sure I can always trust the Motorcyclist of the country we settle down in.
