Hi, we are planning to ride in Loas again in 2 weeks time from Chiang Khong till Viantine & exit at Nong Khai before return back to Malaysia. Just wondering if the road construction between Hoey Xai to Namtha to Oudom Xai to Pak Mong are already comp
