Oil temperature for A Monster S2R 1000

Hi Friends,

According to your own experience, what is an acceptable oil temperature when riding in Thailand with an external temperature of 34 °C (Celsius) after riding for some 30 minutes ?

I reached 115 °C with a trend to still go up and it scares me...
