Here is few pictures from the road, I do have to say that it is not most entertaining road to ride as there is nothing to see, lot's of potholes on the almost all the rural roads and few road constructions as well, lot's of small villages where kids running cross the road and like normal thais, never look around before running...

Hi Marco,
Thanks for the trip report and pictures
It was good to catch up with you too, and I am sorry I was a bad boy and came out with no money, so you ended up buying me lunch. Hey maybe a good tactic for the future. Wallet stays at home, but not such a great idea because the Khon Kaen police are getting a bit keen, and last week my wife was fined 200Baht for not haveing license on her. They would not let her go along to the police station later and show it.
Hope to see you for a ride before too long Cheers, John

Indeed Ray, it was so surprice for me to see you guys and few other familiar faces as well,, you guys really enjoyed your ride and as our house was just beside the road, i heard you guys or some of the guys in HD's coming back bit late as windows where shaking almost off,,,and next morning few others.

BTW, just for heads up for you guys in NK area, my cousin is in the drugs unit and he told me that there has been increasing number's of farang's trying to smuggle drugs now, last one was argentinian (3kg),, be carefull in the bikes as those has been used as well and they will doing spto checks all the time, same goes in GT area.

It was funny as can be we enbded up stopping for lunch about 20 K's up the road and there was a wedding arch going to the dinning area. We were all trying to gues if that was the place yuo went to the wedding?

Fronted right onto the river. Beautiful view of a jungle on Lao.
