An ex Chiang Mai expat rider, who participated in many Chiang Mai Toy Rides & GTR events.
Neil who used to hang out the Euro Diner when it was run by Gary & Well Schack, was always a quietly spoken man and a gentleman.
He recently passed away in Chonburi after a long battle with pneumonia in both lungs, during which time he was in ICU for a few months.
