Saddlebags - where to buy in Chiang Mai?

I live in Chiang Mai and will do a Laos bike trip soon. I have checked around town for a set of soft over-the-seat saddlebags with no success - the Chinaman shop on Chiang Moi Rd, G-Shop near the river, even the BMW shop who have a custom carry box f
