Seeking advice on Cambodia Trip

Hi There:
Presently I am planning for a trip to Cambodia during Jan-Feb period.
Appreciate if someone can advice on the following 2 routes, which one is better.

Route A:
Aranya Prathet - Poipet - Siem Reap - Phnom Penh - Sihanoukville - Koh Kong - Hat Lek.

Route B:
Hat Lek - Koh Kong - Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap - Poipet - Aranya Prathet.

By the way I will be using a TDM850 for the ride.
