Two bikes around Phnom Penh to sale ?

We are two students actually in Phnom Penh. We got 1 month to travel around Cambodia and Laos, and we would like to buy to dirt bikes to perfom our tour.

Does anyone tries to sale his bike theses days ?
Where might we find good second-hand bikes in Phnom Penh ?
