This is probably a little late but might of use to anyone looking for sprockets: Tyga Performance make a broad range of hardened aluminum sprockets in Thailand.

For the CBR1000 '08 : http://tyga-performance.com/site/index.php?cPath=71_987_1088

and other models : http://tyga-performance.com/site/index.php?cPath=71_987

I have used a Tyga rear sprocket myself and the quality is very good. And there is a considerable weight saving over an OEM steel sprocket.
