Where to rent in PP?

I'm finding it a bit challenging finding a place to rent a bike in Phnom Penh. Ankor Bikes website is down, Tony says his are all rented, and I can't find websites for any of the other places like Lucky's. Any other reliable places that I can contact in advance?

Best place to rent is lucky lucky motorbikes. make sure you bargain the price, say about $20 a week.

This is best place because they will not try and rip you off on return of the bike, but they will put a high replacement value if the bike gets stolen which is high considering the bikes cost much less to replace.
