Fan, hot water, TV + WiFi
Small bathroom
but the water works, although the tank is a bit small & you need to make it a quickie.
Located 1.5 blocks back off the river.
In a lane parralel to the river.
150 metres from the Immigration / Security Police office.

Rooms at the Chittavanh are considerably better, the Phouddy wins for me because of the parking & room access convenience.
Price: 80,000 kip = 350 baht.
