YAMAHA factory for big bikes being built in TH?

I've heard that Yamaha is building a factory in TH and will be selling big bikes for decent prices within the year. Can anybody confirm this rumor or shed some light on the issue?
I haven't seen any posts regarding this so excuse me if this is old news being discussed elsewheres already.

Two months later KZ and no feedback so one would unfortunately assume the rumour is not true about building Yamaha's in LOS.
