I was up in Chiang Rai this week and meet a Very interesting Gentleman while there. He is organising a 484 Mile Walk from France to Spain. Anyone is welcome to join should they wish? He sent Me the email below so I thought I would pass it on to whoever may be interested? Would definitely be something different to do?

Hi Ian,
love your web sight, especially your virtual tour. It was nice to meet you and your family. Sounds like you have the life thing figured out! I included some links about my walk. If you want to pass my blog link along, I will appreciate it. If you know anyone who would like to join us on the walk, they are welcome. If they want to do the whole original walk the 484-miles, they can or join us on the way. I will have a map where I plan on being every day. Of course, there is no charge for the walk. The only expenses will be food and lodging on the way. Jim ...Will include your link on some of my stories I write about Thailand.

Jim's Camino de Santiago or http://jimscaminodesantiago.wordpress.com/

Also some other links A resent story Yahoo news published http://voices.yahoo.com/walk-the-camino-de-santiago-de-compostela-11526240.html?cat=37

and a link to my You Tube channel. mrkaszynski I do all this just for the fun of it, not for profit.

Isn't that the same as the so-called St.James walk? Very interesting I know a Thai guy who once finished this walk from Swiss border to Spain.

Silverliner yes it's that one but called St. Jacobs trail, my mother now 71 years old has done most of it in the previous years and she intends to finsih the last missing piece before she turns 73. Lots of my friends were doing it mainly in parts. Must be really stunningly beautiful. Cheers, Franz
