Hi All,
Recently picked up my Versys from Udon.. Decided to take a nice ride along the Mekong and over night before heading to Chiang Mai...
Found this place last December and due to running late with the bike paper work / transfer.. Had the opportunity to visit again..
Sadly.. It was getting dark and I pulled in to a resort 100 metres down the road.. and found the place I was looking for when scouting around for dinner.
This has to be one of the hidden gems along this stretch.. Gerrie and his Thai wife have done a wonderful job.. They are extremely friendly.
Even if you don't over night (which you should) it is worth a stop for lunch and a drink and relax in the restaurant and enjoy the lovely scenery..
Great Thai / Lao food.. Half the staff are Thai and half Lao.
