We took three rooms and negotiated a price of $40 USD per room for the three rooms..

Thoroughly recommend the place.

Just came back two weeks ago. A night in an albeit nice bungalow clocked USD 80; the coffee was very bitter and the food - oh well, it sucked. Lovely staff trying their best but nobody to show them. Tried to reach Sinouk Sombat in vain. One of the most loveliest resorts visited; with a LITTLE only this could become the jewel of the Bolaven plateau.
Inform whoever needs to be informed that the ETL-network does not work in that spot and the internet WiFi has been disconnected for a long period of time already. No problem whatsoever but if people try to reach you not knowing that you're in the sticks of Pakxong .....

The downstairs rooms are convenient to be near your bike, but the up stairs rooms have a small balcony & a sunset view.

Price 350 baht.

Location the west end of town & conveniently located next to the friendly restaurant of the same name - Warn Chai - but alongside the giant Greenview sign.
