I personally have never been asked for one in 20+ border crossings, but post covid re-opening some border officials may ask for them, as it it is actually the rule, but seldom enforced IMHO.
There was a short period of time when they issued "Bike Passports" similar to a car, but this only lasted about 12 months & the Vehicle Registration Certificate was introduced.
I will be in Bkk Thurs-Frid-Sat & aiming to get my ITP for the AT on Thursday. Has anyone else done one for their bike in Bkk? Any tips / ideas?
