Delivery from USA with UPS: is it OK?

Hi friends,

I'm going to purchase some stuff from Twisted Throttle in the US of A.
For the delivery, they tell me by e-mail it's better and cheaper to use UPS as the "freighter".
As I'm european, I've no clue about this...
