New location is in the garden of the family house.
It is much nicer, quieter & more relaxed to enjoy a meal, rather than in the hot box under the metal awning at the old shophouse location.
Great. and if I recall it's just down one of the side streets

GTR will fill the venue on the night & the limit is 25 people.
If you want to join in, please confirm your attendance asap, for Mim & her Mum to be well prepared.
They have only just reopened since the passing of Jib, & are nervous about coping with big groups arriving unannounced - it doesn't work out well. So please confirm asap if you want to join in.
The cost is 250 baht a head for a set meal, as provided by Bamboo Mexican.

Just a note, that as the Ck Music Festival for 24th April is postponed until 21st August, the GTR Dinner is still on as a regular end of the month event.
We could seek a new destination but in view of the covid-19 issue may not be so welcome elsewhere.
At this stage Bamboo Mexican is ok & Mim would prefer about 15 people only.
They need reconfirmation 5 days before hand - 18 April - to buy supplies for the dinner.
So if you still want to come please re-confirm asap.

Apologies the village Phu Yai Ban does not approve of a big group of outsiders coming for the GTR Dinner now.
He will advise again on 23, which is a bit late.

Maybe we do an early May dinner at the Bamboo Mexican if COVID allows.

Its very hard to plan anything in advance atm, because the situation changes so quick, the timing of this covid outbreak could not of come at a worse time with all the holidays and people travelling out of their provinces, the rules are changing daily from province to province.

Yep. I think we quickly become 'Outsiders' here. There will be a fair bit of 'Covid Hysteria' around . Hopefully it's only for a few weeks not months
